Poppy

Hi guys!
I saw your facebook post and figured I’d send you a quick story on miss Poppy, one of the first you guys rescued 💓. I can’t remember her number but she was part of a litter with 3 brothers (Knox, Bentley, and Nash).

One day her foster brought them into the vet clinic when her momma wasn’t feeling great, and she instantly stole my heart and snuggled right into me when I picked her up. No fear in those eyes and started purring right away. Right then and there I knew I had to do whatever I could to bring her home. I spoke to the foster to put my name out there for when she would be ready for adoption, and contacted BFK the next day. Within a couple weeks, she came home and was officially my little sidekick. I can’t leave the room without her following me and crying if she can’t find me.

She’s full of so much personality, so lovable, and one of the sweetest cats I’ve ever known. Don’t let that cute face fool you, she can be sassy when she wants to be. Poppy’s grown into a gorgeous cat, but still thinks she’s the small enough to cuddle into my neck. Her nickname’s include Baby Girl, Trouble, Popeye, and Pop.

Poppy ended up getting a little sister (Onyx) who is her absolute best friend, they can’t be apart for too long or else she walks around the house meowing.
